Low fat tomato and cheese pizza














Yummy Pizza for One 6 points per pizza

2 slices mountain bread (place one on top of the other to make pizza base)
Spread with tomato paste (I use a sachet)
Spread on 50g low fat cottage cheese
sprinkle on 25g low fat feta cheese very thinly sliced
top with 1 cut up ring of pineapple
top with 12 pieces low fat sundried tomatoes
sprinkle on 4 chopped black olives
sprinkle on 20g low fat grated parmesan

Bake on baking paper in 180 C degree oven for approx 10 minutes. (add ham or other toppings if desired - points not included)
