Tomato bake

1 can italian diced tomatoes
1 sachet tomato paste
small yellow capsicum diced
6 mushrooms chopped (optional)
1 zuchinni grated
garlic
onion or chives (flakes)
oregano
thyme
sprinkle cajun seasoning
basil
pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and cook in saucepan (virtually no points for tomato, serve on pasta - points not included) or top with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with parmesan cheese (count points for these) and bake in the oven and serve as a side-dish.
