Chicken Kiev

This is the easiest Chicken Kiev 4 points

1 skinless chicken breast
1 portion of Laughing Cow Light Cream Cheese mixed with garlic flakes and chopped chives (dried).

Cut a slit in the middle of the chicken breast. Fill with cheese mixture. Roll chicken breast in breadcrumbs and place on baking paper on a tray (sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired, points not included) and bake in moderate oven for 40 to 45 minutes. No need to turn. No need to use any oil if baking paper is used.

Yummy served with the Tomato Bake
